UU. y la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentaci\u00f3n, recomiendan que, para evitar la falta de nutrientes, las personas con mala digesti\u00f3n e intolerancia a la lactosa no deben dejar de tomar l\u00e1cteos. Por el contrario, las personas con estas dolencias tendr\u00edan que cambiar su alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas con mala digesti\u00f3n e intolerancia a la lactosa pueden seguir tomando lactosa, sin presentar los s\u00edntomas, en peque\u00f1as cantidades: hasta 12 g en una ingesta o hasta 24 g, preferiblemente en peque\u00f1as cantidades a lo largo del d\u00eda, durante las comidas.<\/p>\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Gastroenterolog\u00eda defiende una postura similar: consumir l\u00e1cteos fermentados que contengan <strong>probi\u00f3ticos<\/strong> con beneficios probados para la salud digestiva, es uno de los consejos incluidos en su lista de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldgastroenterology.org\/UserFiles\/events\/WDHD\/2012\/10%20Global%20Tips\/10-Global-Tips-english.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">10 recomendaciones generales<\/a> sobre alimentaci\u00f3n y estilo de vida para mejorar la salud digestiva.<\/p>\n<h5>Fuentes:<\/h5>\n<p>Bailey et al.
